Offer Card
In the selected offer card, you can view a brief description of the presented product. The card also includes important information regarding the cap, current restrictions, call center working hours, hold, conditions, etc.

The restrictions set for the offer must be carefully considered when working with it.

Getting Started with the Offer
To start working with the offer, you need to click the "Add" button. After that, the "Create Flow" button will become active, and the offer ID will appear next to the offer name.
You can also view your offer data by clicking the "Statistics" button.
In the "Settings" tab, you can configure Trafficback and modify the payment details on the landing page if necessary. To do this, uncheck the "Leave default payment details" box, and then all new flows will be created with the payment details you specified.
In the "Flows" tab, you can create a flow for this offer and view the list of flows already created if any.
The "TikTok" tab is available in the offer if you have our TikTok agency account connected. It shows the allowed geos and landing pages for the TikTok agency cabinet, allows you to send an unapproved landing page for pre-moderation, and if approved, you can start working with the landing page (a green checkmark will appear next to the landing).

Landing Pages/Pre-Landing Pages/прелендинги
This section shows all available landing pages and pre-landing pages, along with details and management options:
  • Language – the language the landing page is provided in.
  • Date of Landing Addition
  • EPC and CR Data – if this data is missing, it means no traffic has been received for the last week or the webmaster is using API traffic, so clicks are not passed to us, only leads.
  • Landing Type – landings can be desktop (for PCs), mobile (for mobile devices), or adaptive (adjustable based on the device type). It's not prohibited to use a desktop landing for mobile traffic, but the landing may not display correctly.
  • Download Landing Page – this button appears after you add the offer to your account. A detailed guide on downloading landings/pre-landings and flows is provided here – Guide on downloading landings, pre-landings, and flows.
  • Send Landing Link to Telegram Bot – if this button is unavailable, you need to subscribe to the bot and reload the page, which can be done in the notification settings.
  • Copy Link to Clipboard
If you need to embed an iframe form (a form for submitting client data containing a name and phone number field) on your landing/pre-landing or website, you can copy the code for it from the offer card, after selecting the settings that suit you. Hovering over the question mark will show a tooltip for each item.
If you want to use a landing/pre-landing that is not yet in the offer card, click the "Add Landing/Pre-Landing" button. We will set up your landing and add it to the offer.

Conditions
In the "Conditions" section, you can see the available geo for the offer, the price on the landing page, the payout amount, the payment model for the offer, and the number of Lights for a confirmed lead.

Hold
Some offers have a hold period — the number of days required for traffic evaluation and payout processing. In this section, you can check if there is a hold on the offer and how long it lasts. If there's a dash, no hold is applied.

Analytics
In the "Analytics" section, the average approval rate, CR, and EPC over the past 7 days are shown. To see more detailed information, click the down arrow. The data is divided by the traffic sources for the offer.

Prohibited and Partially Prohibited Traffic Sources
Advertisers may not accept certain traffic sources — these will be listed in the "Prohibited Traffic Sources" column in red. Partial restrictions may also be listed in yellow.
Example: Traffic from OK public groups is not allowed for the geo "Italy," but traffic is accepted for Russia and Kazakhstan.
There may also be a case where a source is partially prohibited for a certain geo. This happens when there are multiple advertisers with different restrictions for the same geo. If you encounter this with your chosen offer/geo, contact support — they can disconnect you from the advertiser for whom your source is prohibited, and you’ll be able to work with the offer.

Call Center Operations Details
In this section, you can see the call center's working hours. If this information is not provided, contact the on-duty support for more details.

Geo Restrictions
In the geo restrictions section, you can see the cities and regions where the advertiser does not send the product or sends it only on prepayment. These regions should be excluded from your targeting. There may also be restrictions on the target audience.
If your source doesn't allow fine-tuning geo exclusions in the targeting as indicated in the offer card, you need to coordinate your method and traffic conditions with support.

Complaints
If there have been complaints about the offer in the last 2 months, the total number of complaints and the number of resolved complaints will be shown in the "Complaints" section.

Additional Materials
If promotional materials are available for the offer, they are placed at the bottom of the page. This section may also include certificates and licenses.
You can contact support for additional materials.
