Errors in the Flow
If an error occurs, an appropriate icon will appear next to the target flow on the "Flows" page.
On the settings page of the target flow (flow creation guide), a detailed description of the error will appear at the top of the page if there is an error.

Types of Errors and How to Fix Them
The country selected in the flow is not available in the offer:

  • Check the offer card to ensure that the selected geo is indeed unavailable.
  • If the geo is unavailable and you want to work with it, you can contact support to request finding an advertiser for it.
No active landing pages in the flow:

  • Check if no landing page is selected in the flow (this can happen if the flow was created with a landing page that has already been deactivated).
  • Select any other available landing page for the target geo.
The domain linked to the flow does not point to the Traffic Light CPA server:

  • Check if the domain selected in the flow is parked with our affiliate network (for example, here or here);
  • If the domain is not parked only with our affiliate network, verify the parking process according to the instructions and re-park it.
The domain linked to the flow has expired:

  • If the expired domain was purchased in Traffic Light CPA, you can contact support to check the domain's expiration date.
  • Extend the domain's expiration date, or park/select another domain.
If, after checking the error, you find that it is not relevant (for example, the error of a missing landing page, but an active landing page is still selected in the flow), try re-saving the flow – after that, the error may disappear. If the error persists, contact support.
