Lights & Light Store
Lights are our “local” bonus currency that webmasters can earn for confirmed leads and other actions. Lights can be used to purchase real products in our internal store, Light Store.

How to Find Information About Ways to Earn Lights
You can check how Lights can be earned in several ways:

  1. On the Light Store page, click the text "Earn extra Lights" or "Specific Actions."
2.On the Lights page.
3.In the Statistics section under the "Light Store" block.

Goal for Accumulation
To earn extra Lights, you need to select a goal in Light Store.
You can change the accumulation goal at any time without losing Lights or the current counter values (the Lights multiplier will not reset). To change the goal, simply select a new goal and click "Change Goal."

After making a purchase in Light Store, a new achievement will appear – the number of purchases published from Light Store. There you can also view all available achievements that can earn Lights.

Lights Exchange
Webmasters can exchange Lights with each other. On the Lights page, at the bottom, there is a window for transferring Lights. You need to specify the recipient’s wallet number, the amount, and optionally a comment.
To confirm the transfer, a code will be sent via SMS to your previously registered phone number. The phone number must be entered in international format for proper SMS delivery.

You can view your wallet number in the same section.
Important: Lights exchange is only possible if both accounts (sender and recipient) have withdrawals enabled in the system.

Webmasters can communicate for buying/selling Lights in the relevant topic in our VK group.
To secure a transaction, a webmaster can request Traffic Light to act as a guarantor.

Light Store
Light Store is our internal shop where you can purchase real products using Lights.
When ordering, fill in the required fields correctly.

You can change the country on the store page, and products relevant to the selected country will be displayed.
Important: Purchases in Light Store are only possible after withdrawals are enabled on your account.

When can I start placing orders in Light Store?
You can make purchases after traffic verification and withdrawals are enabled on your account.

How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within up to 14 days.

How long is delivery?
Delivery can take from 2 days to 3 weeks, depending on the address and delivery service available in your region.

Is home delivery available?
Yes, delivery is made to your home (courier) at no extra charge. Exceptions, if courier delivery is impossible, are coordinated through support.

Can I choose the delivery method?
Often yes, but confirm the product and delivery location with support beforehand.

Do you deliver to other countries?
Check with support for delivery to your country.

When should I check the product?
The product must be checked immediately upon receipt from the courier.

What if there’s an issue with the received product?
We order only from verified stores. If there is a problem, contact support. Defective products are replaced free of charge in a short time. In some cases, you may need to participate slightly (e.g., returning defective goods).

Can I choose a different color for phones, headphones, etc.?
Yes, specify the color in the product properties when ordering (if available). Check availability with support.

Do webmasters receive order details (like tracking)?
No, check with support for such information.

Can I order a product not in Light Store?
You can only choose products listed in Light Store. You may submit product suggestions to support; submission does not guarantee addition.

Where does a "Stoloto" lottery ticket arrive?
To your phone number. If not received, register on the Stoloto website with your number and find the ticket in your account.

Can I cancel an order?
Orders cannot be canceled after being sent. Cancellation and Lights refund is only possible before the order is made and paid. If delivery is delayed or canceled, we order from a new store. Address changes are limited; postal shipments cannot have the address changed.

Do Lights expire?
No, Lights do not expire and can be used even after a year or more.

Can I exchange Lights for money?
No, Lights cannot be converted to cash. You can, however, negotiate with other webmasters for buying/selling Lights at an agreed exchange rate.
